Instructions

Process ratio: raw sand 100
Resin addition amount: 0.8~2.0% (accounting for sand weight) (The resin addition amount depends on the original sand condition, environmental conditions, andsand mold strength requirements.)
Adding amount of curing agent: 30~70% (accounting for resin). Use a sand mixer to mix the curing agent first, then add the resin, and mix well.

When sand is produced, core making or molding should be completed within the usable time.
