1. It has excellent thixotropy and leveling properties, and the coating has no brush marks.
2. Good suspension stability, good coating resistance to hardening and re-stirring performance.
3. After the paint is dried, the coating will not crack or blister, and has high strength at room temperature and high temperature.
4. Good resistance to sand sticking, the surface of the casting is smooth and easy to clean.
5. Low gas generation can reduce the possibility of pore defects in castings.

Use Instructions

1. First add an appropriate amount of water to the finished coating, stir evenly, and adjust to the appropriate density or baume.
2. Apply the coating evenly on the surface of the sand mold. It is necessary to ensure that the thickness of the coating is uniform and that it cannot be too thin or too thick locally. Depending on the casting, the coating thickness is usually controlled between 0.3-0.5mm.
3. Dry the sand mold (core) completely, then put it into the box and cast it.
4. The coating is suitable for spraying, brushing, flow coating, dipping and other coating methods.
